Velveteen was born out of the idea of curating all things beautiful in one space. Inspired by the children's fairy tale, The Velveteen Rabbit, we wanted to bring you products that have been made with love. By love we felt that in order to be in our store, other than being what we felt was beautiful, pieces had to meet at least one of the following five criteria locally made, sustainable, natural, handmade or recycled.
